This policy explains what Astom-Hale LLC ("Astom-Hale", "we", "us") collects through astomhale.com, our Astom Digital service and our text messages, and what we do with it. Astom-Hale LLC is a Pennsylvania company.
What we collect
- Information you send us. Your name, email, phone number, company and anything you write when you email us, book a call or reply to a message.
- Booking details. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and the time you pick, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and basic request data to deliver and protect the site and to measure site traffic and speed.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, to count page views and measure page speed. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security. Cal.com sets its own cookies on its booking pages under its own policy.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule and hold calls, deliver and support our services, send the messages you asked for, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as Cloudflare (hosting, security and page view counts), Cal.com (scheduling), our email provider and our messaging provider, and only for those purposes. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check the unchecked consent box to receive texts, Astom-Hale LLC may send you messages about scheduling, project updates and account notices. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then we delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law requires. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
Security
We use encrypted connections and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information by email.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
